Then, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with every stage of the brewing process, from milling grain to starting fermentation on a commercial batch of our flagship Blond beer.
Throughout the day, you’ll taste not only our complete range of Belgian-style beers but also specially selected examples that demonstrate individual flavor components, helping you understand how different ingredients and techniques create distinct characteristics. Between brewing activities, you’ll enjoy a hearty lunch featuring local meats, cheeses, breads, and salads that showcase the same commitment to quality and local sourcing that drives our brewing.
By day’s end, you’ll have comprehensive course notes covering everything from technical brewing information to equipment sourcing, plus ongoing email support for your brewing journey. Most importantly, you’ll return weeks later to collect bottles of the actual beer you helped create – a tangible reminder of your brewing achievement.

Do I need any brewing experience?
Not at all! Our course is designed for complete beginners through to those with some home brewing experience. We’ll guide you through every step and explain the science behind each process.
What if I can't attend the whole day?
The course is designed as a complete experience, so we ask that participants commit to the full day to get the most value and not disrupt the group learning experience.
When can I collect my bottles?
The beer you help brew will be ready for collection approximately 8-10 weeks after the course date. We’ll contact you when it’s ready and arrange a convenient collection time.
Can I bring someone who's not participating?
Due to insurance and space limitations, only registered participants can attend the brewing course. However, they’re welcome to book a separate brewery tour to see our facilities.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, practical clothing that you don’t mind getting a little wet or flour-dusty. Closed-toe shoes are essential for safety. We’ll provide aprons, but long trousers are recommended.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking and we’ll ensure your lunch and any tastings are suitable. We have a range of vegan-friendly beers.
Is lunch included in the price?
Yes, a full lunch is included featuring local meats, cheeses, breads, and salads. We source locally wherever possible to showcase the same quality commitment that drives our brewing.
Can I purchase additional course materials?
Your comprehensive course notes are included, but we’re happy to recommend additional brewing resources and can provide guidance on equipment suppliers for your home brewing journey.
